Katherine Fraze works with individuals and couples in Virginia.

Katherine is a pre-licensed sex therapist who brings a thoughtful, inclusive lens to her practice and is committed to creating a space where clients feel safe exploring the full complexity of their lives and relationships.

Her clinical background includes experience in private practice, recovery settings, and group counseling, with additional training in substance use and couples work.

Katherine holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Women's and Gender Studies from George Mason University, graduating summa cum laude.

She is currently completing her residency with Brooke Croft, LMFT at Croftwell Therapy.
